Omar A. Henaidy

Omar Henaidy started his career as an industrial engineer after having graduated from his Masters in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After almost ten years in engineering-related positions in Saudi Arabia, Omar Henaidy founded the Taj Holding Group in Riyadh in 2008. Under his leadership, the group has grown into multiple sectors and has dealt with companies from all over the world. Currently, Omar Henaidy also leads one of the most prominent companies of the group – BESIDE Group.

Mohammed AlKoman

Mohammed AlKoman graduated in Law from the King Saud University in 2003 after which he went on to manage the Research and Development department of TAJ ALAMAL. In 2011, Mohammed AlKoman became a partner and Vice President of Taj Holding Group and has been leading the company in strategic sectors such as communication and healthcare since then.

Gorjan Kandic

Gorjan Kandic is Highly accomplished, passionate and award-winning Food & Beverage professional with over 12 years of international experience in hospitality industry across Europe and Middle East.
Specialized in Food & Beverage business development, specifically on concept creation, retooling & pre-opening project management and implementation with the great emphasis on brand image and attention to details.

Operation Manager

George Kukanjac

George started his middle east career back in 2013. Choosing Qatar as his first place.
After two years, he moved to Dubai to work for one of the leading hospitality company AL Nakheel.
Being in Dubai and working for the top hotels and standalone restaurants got him to be nominated for the manager of the year in 2019.
George is now the Operation Manager for our company and he is leading a full team behind.

Joe Matta

Chef Joe Matta graduated from Institute Saint Antoine in 2014.
Experienced Executive Chef with a demonstrated history of working in different cuisines such as Mediterranean, Spanish, French, Italian, Levantine.
Skilled in menu engineering, consultancy, tuition.
He joined our team in 2019 and has been leading our restaurants successfully since.

Pankaj Sharma

Chef Pankaj Sharma Did Culinary Management From Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar 2008.
Experienced As Head Chef with a Specialist in different Asian cuisines like Muglai, Awadhi, South Indian, Punjabi.
Skilled in menu engineering & creativity. Demonstration skill In organisation with Passion for developing menu.
He joined our team in 2021 and has been leading 5rivers successfully.

Pastry Kitchen Manager

Imran Ali

Chef Imran Ali graduated from TDCP Institute of Tourism & Hotels Management in Pakistan. Detailed oriented chef who is master in pastry’s and baker. Joining our team in 2022 and performing magic in the kitchen
